Veins again :(

Hey, like the title says it is my veins, dunno whats going on now been having bother for a couple of months now, it seems like all of a sudden they have just appeared, back of my knee the vein is really blue, very visible through skin and painful, my arm i have spider veins on them which are sore, and my wrists veins are so prominent and blue ive never seen them like this :( its really getting me down now, got another appointment with docs on 19th, just so worried i have something serious!
Please someone reply, have posted a couple of times and not got much back x

Have you lost weight or put on muscle ?
Since I lost weight my veins are way more visible.

Changes in exercise and hormones can also make veins more noticeable. You can also see them more if it is hot... it has been summer!!
