Can anyone cheer me up?

hi guys, maybe i'm just having one of those days i don't know, but am feeling pretty low and my head is pounding, and just feel like crying tbh. Can anyone cheer me up? A silly joke or something? :unsure:

I was feeling the same earlier today but have calmed down a bit now. I sometimes put my Mrs Brown's boys dvd on because that always makes me laugh (there is some bad language in it though). There are some parts of it on you tube. Maybe a hot bath and some nice relaxing music might relax you? Only other thing is sending you :hugs::hugs:
