Multivitamins?

Is there any bad side effects or reasons why not to take multivitamins everyday? I'm trying not to google.

I just told my doctor which one I was going to take to make sure it was ok for me.

I've just started taking the same ad Nicola above 2 days ago....I've had no horrible effects as yet : )

i take something called Omnium by Solgar, expensive though and a tempted to change but i've taken it for a week now and no nasty side effects (bar fluorescent wee due to excess B vitamins!)

centrum is the best! ive taken loads..was even recommended that one by my gp xx

ooo...might have to look at centrum myself in that case, especially if works out cheaper! Do you take any one in particular?
