numbness in arms

hiya everyone,

ive noticed recently that sometimes the top of my arms go very numb, the left one especially. can this be a sign of anxiety ?

I know what you mean, I get that same feeling. Usually it's when I am having a PA my arms go numb and cold. I think that is one of the signs of anxiety. The way I control it is but trying to talk to someone close to you and by breathing slowly but not to deeply... then my panic passes.

Hi there

Numbness is a very common symptom of anxiety , I used to get a numb left leg all the time, now it seems to be my fingers and toes. Try not to worry too much about it and gradually it should disappear.

at least i know what it is now, its a very uncomfortable feeling though but i wont panic about it as much now lol
