I am really sorry you are feeling so bad but although you won't feel like it will now...it Will get better, we can beat this. Try to do something to distract you, I know that isn't always easy either because it is sometimes hard to concentrate on anything but the awful feelings. hi there, just try and see it through, and you will come out the other side....difficult i know but you will. i think of it as an shot of electricity that shoots right through me but soon passes........might not work for every1 but helps me. think switch electric on so i can switch it off
