I just need a bit of reassurance about this one.
I've managed to stay half calm about it, because I am aware that this started the EXACT same time my health anxiety returned, so this tells me it is simply my health anxiety.
I have managed to stay off google so far, which has been very hard.
But I just was wondering why anxiety would cause my arm to feel tingly, numb and weak. It sort of feels like a 'phantom' arm. Like my arm isn't part of my body and things don't feel normal as they usually do.
Even though I'm trying not to worry, it's still making me panic because I haven't had this before. But I do know that mind creates weird symptoms all the time, does anyone else get this?
Kinda worried :(
Also I was wondering if anyone knows what carpel tunnel syndrome is?
Because I have also been spending a lot of time on the computer - is this something I should be worried about?
Any help would be great.

Wow I just googled Carpel tunnel syndrome and I actually think this is exactly what I've got, it seems to be nothing to worry about - which is why I googled. It's actually put my mind at ease. It can be caused by computer keyboard use, which I've been doing a lot of.
No way.
