Can someone tell me if they get this too

1. knot in stomach
2. butterfly/nervous stomach feeling
3. lightheaded
4. adrenaline rush
5. hot flush, feel like head is on fire
6. deep yawning
7. flu feeling
8. feeling like ur not here
9. dreamy
10. dry mouth, eyes, skin and irritated skin
11. feeling foggy, cant think clear
12. cold chills, shaky
13. have to urinate alot
14. tired, fatigue, worrying
15. spaced out
16. feeling strange and weird
17. nausea
18. fast heartbeat
19. sweaty
20. dont like change

I had these symptoms a million times still find it hard not to panic and believe its anxiety although i been diagnosed with anxiety also. i donno why i cant convince myself the symptoms dont mean anything bad and are not dangerous. I need some reassurance and maybe others can get reassurance too when they see i have the same symptoms as them.

Honestly....Every Single one!! I also get this alien sensation that even familiar things aren't quite right. Also this feeling I used to have as a child...when you would wake up in the middle of the night just terrified of death or being sick? Do you get this? Xx

Congrats, you are experiencing some anxiety symptoms!
You can consider yourself lucky though, as there are many more left I'm not seeing in that list ;)

Are you being treated for anxiety, meds, therapy ?

many replies :) fred_h i do get most but not all thankfully, i dont get shortness of breath or chest pain ever, luckily..

Yup, get most of them. I also get tingles and numbness and IBS.
