So, i'll try to keep it short.

When I was 16, I thought it was be a good idea to "experiment" with a number of prescription medications. Well, I overdosed on welbutrin and had my first, and by far the worst panic attack of my life (heart was 300+ BPM). I dont know if i've always had heart palpitations, or just started noticing them since the incident, but it's been crippling.

I've never actually gone to a doctor and gotten a holter monitor (i've gotten an ekg) and doctors keep telling me im find. Normally when I tell this story, I have to describe to whoever i'm telling it too how horrible panic attacks can be, but it's slightly comforting to know that the people reading this go through the same thing.

It took me a year to figure out what heart palpitations were, then figure out that I was having panic attacks. I've never actually gone to a specialized heart doctor, but every doctor I mention it too says I'm fine. Somehow, I always find a flaw in their knowledge and logic; then refuse to believe them. I really wish I could.

But recently I've noticed that my anxiety is spreading to other parts of my life; fear of flying, fear of high places, fear of stroke, fear of the nuclear power plant a few miles from my house blowing up...

I found this website, and I have to say it's been a lot more helpful that a lot of the other sites that i've looked out, especially since it had an article ACTUALLY telling me what was going on with my PVCs.

I took a break from class to write this because I was having a panic attack, and it took my mind off it, but I have to go back so, yeah; thanks for reading.
