well hello, my names emma im 28 stay at home with my 3 year old. started suffering from panic attacks when i came home from my holiday away with friends. was having them every day didnt want to go out go to work or talk to anyone. was prescibed some med started to get better no panic attacks stop taking my med then boom things just went back to the start again. this time a bit different things r really starting to upset me. in pain quite a lot, really stressed. but hey guess im gonni need to jst try deal with it and get better.xx:blush:
