hello my name is kevin, i have recently been diagnosed as having panic disorder.
so the first thing i thought to myself when hearing this is what the hell is panic disorder as my GP simply gave me some meds and a phone number to the local depresion and anxiety office to which there is a 4-6 week waiting list. so i did what any person would do and i googled it lol low and behold i have found this forum and registered imedeatly i have unfortunately become a bit of a hermit due to my anxiety problems and not being told how to deal with them, my wife has been very supportive of me as i have with her illness M.E, i have started learning breathing exercises and hope soon to be able to venture out of my street again soon.
