After a really bad day yesterday and a very sleepless night last night, I just wanted to share with you that my daughter is recovering well from her hospital stay and good news for me...I got so frustrated with my foot (recovering from fractures) that I refused to use my crutches this morning and told myself I needed more confidence in myself and I walked (very slowly!) to the bathroom without my crutches :yahoo:
