Hi. I suppose I'd better give a bit of background... I have been suffering with anxiety for around 8 years now and have been taking 100mg of sertraline a day for 5 of these. Just recently I started to think that maybe its time to try and stop taking the pills. I went on holiday for 2 weeks and didn't take any pills - yes I did it cold turkey and I wish I hadn't. After the 2 weeks I started taking them again as the nauseua and diahorrea were a nightmare. Tonight and also for the past few nights I've had terrible feelings of floating when falling asleep and also a strange feeling that my brain isn't working????? I also had the biggest panic attack that I've had in years. It feels horrible and I just can't get the thought that I might be having a stroke or heart attack out of my head. Its now very late and I'm terrified of going back to sleep :-(
