Chest worries please help :-(

Hello im in need of some reasurance :-(. I keep getting sharp uncomfortable pains around my sternum area and its making me feel uneasy!. I do suffer from health anxiety alot and this is my main trigger for my anxiety/panic attacks. Im going to c.b.t once a week and decided to not have meds after not having a good experience on them. I feel im getting there but things like this just prop up from nowhere and bite me on the arse!!.

I also get ectopics and palputations and tend to worry alot about my heart, still cant drum it in my mind that there is nothing wrong in it. Im scanning my body all the time :-(

Im wondering if any of you can relate to this. any replys would help so much :-(

Yup I can relate. It's annoying me more than anything as I know there's nothing wrong but my lovely body is still insistent on trying to do something to make me worry :lac:

i also get sterum pain alot dont understand why as such..
but they scare me every time and i get them freqent ,
im just hoping they are just anxiety ...been to a+e few times thinking heart attack ..i,d rather pain anywhere other than chest pain ...
i feel your pain :-(
