Muscle spasms in forehead

I have for the last 2 days been getting muscle spasms in the top centre of my forehead and am now worried I have a brain tumour!

Has anyone else had this?

I get them everywhere and they do tend to stay in one place for a while ( I get them on my face )

Me too, tend to happen on my legs a lot but they have occasionally been happening on my face, guessing it's all anxiety related.
