Constant sinus issues

I was knocked out with a flu like virus a few weeks ago & i ended up going to the doctors.
They prescribed antibiotics for a suspected infection, that cleared up & now 2 weeks later i have awful sinus problems back again. My head feels under extreme pressure and each time I swallow a pain travels from my throat to my ear, especially when eating
Does anyone know what else I can do?

I find that steam inhalation helps..if you put some menthol crystals or a little bit of vick in some hot steaming water, put a towel over your head and the bowl and breathe in the steam. Another way is alternative hot and cold compresses, put a hot compress over where the pain is for 10 mins then a cold one.

I suggest you see an ENT specialist to investigate why you repeatedly have sinus issues. This is usually something you can get rid of once you know the root cause.
