Hi everyone, just recently every now and then i feel myself getting really hot and my face goes really red, gets that warm i feel like a could pass out, it only lasts a couple of mins but can happen quite a few times during the day, was wondering if it anxiety related as i have been really anxious lately, does anyone else get this? It really gets me all panicky when it happens :( x
