I hope you get some good advice and support here.
Not being able to relax is one of the symptoms of anxiety, but I am not medical. I agree with I want myself back, go and discuss it with your GP.

Welcome I joined over the weekend, it's a good site. Yeah get to your doctor, I've just been to my doctor recently and I'm on the road to hopefully sorting things out... Good luck :)

I agree with the above posts, see your doctor and discuss it with them. I know you will find the help and support you need here, the people are so insightful and can never do enough to help.
