Hi everyone
Does anyone here with anxiety sometimes get a pain in their throat when breathing in deeply? It isn't bad pain but it's pain nonetheless!
I also keep getting like a heavy feeling in centre of my chest and it's only for a second, I get intense panic as soon as I feel it and then it goes and I'm left a quivering wreck.
Why is this :( :(
