Ribcage

Hmm I've noticed this for a while but never really gave it much thought, but when I'm lying down and resting on one arm reading something, or lying down full stop, when I get up around the top center of my rubcage hurts. It's hard to describe... not an ache but it feels as though the ribs have been bent out of shape and are compressing back as I get up? Naturally I'm worried it's a result of bone cancer. Hope ppl understand and also get this argh.

I get that when I bathe the kids and lean over the side of the tub. It's really annoying. I dont think it means much. But I understand the anxiety it can create. I worry about the same things.
