I am presently working in one local IT company for last 6 Years on average salary.
When I joined the company (when I was fresher), I thought, It will be best place to start my carrier.
I have placed in project with Insurance domain (In which, I does not have any domain level knowledge at that time)
I was worked in team of 5-6 Pearson.
Though I was weak in domain knowledge, I was technically strong.becouse of that; I worked well in initial 2-3 Year. Also company
Given me hike in salary because of this.
But later due to some problem (Manager Thinks that I am lacking of soft skills and domain knowledge) I become un favorite and hated by managers.
they start avoiding my participation in meetings and start preferring my juniors. Even In Internal meetings they are neglecting my presence.
and starts giving me bad treatment.
Then after everyday, I am thinking to quit but because of poor financial status, I continue to work here.
But In last few months , i am totally down (mentally ) to work for this company and I really wanted to Quit without having other job.
Please guide me, how should i handle this situation. Is my decision correct?
