Last Wednesday i went on the motorway with my husband (he was driving) and i had a major panic attack, even my husband was a bit scared by my reaction.
Today however i went on the same stretch by myself to go and see a friend - and i won't lie i did have a few panic feelings but i kept telling myself to let go, it's just adrenaline, and that i was safe and i was!
I made it to my friends, stayed for a bit and even did the motorway and then Asda on my own before coming home!

Feeling rather pleased with myself right this moment :D
