anxiety symptoms

can someone advise me please , im on 100mg sertraline for depression and anxiety due to recent events in life , just now ive started to get very anxious at nighttime , real strong heartbeat , tightness in ribcage , and strong pulse in ear as i try and sleep and have to sleep on my back which i cant , can any one advise what can be done about this please help:ohmy:

How long you been on sertraline??
im on 100mg been on them about 13 weeks and last 8 at 100mg finally doing well and able to ignore physical symptoms now and they pass

hi , i was on cit 20mg for 2wks then swopped dtraight on to sertraline 50mg for 28days , now been on 100mg 2weeks , have got over the sfx , but my sleep is a major problem and lose of appetite
