Hi Liz
I very often feel like you just before the time of the month, as soon as my period starts then I do feel better. Just take it easy and try to see it through.
Here if you want to chat
Take care

Hi Liz
I've been experiencing the same and wondering if it could be connected with periods. I feel like the blood is drained from my face, have wobbly legs and just generally feel more nervy. I'm no biologist but there must be a connection (?), hormones & all that stuff. Any biology experts out there that could provide explanation?

Hi Liz,
I'm exactly the same when I'm getting near. I always notice i'm more nervy and tense at that time. I try to look after myself best I can and try to relax.
Take Care,

Liz,
There have been several other postings about this subject which you may find useful.
I'd post the links but I haven't got a clue how to do it! [:O][:O]
Type "periods" into the search facility at the top of the page and all will be revealed [8D]

Hi Liz,
I used to get terrible panic, mainly caused by blinding stomach cramps. In the end I went on the pill to get rid of the cramps. I make sure I take vitamins and eat loads of veg and meat (anything with iron in it, basically) before and during my period. I'm much better during my period now, mainly because i suffer from panic attacks less, but i totally feel your pain!
I don't know if you work or not, but when i used to get panic from periods, i made sure i was at home with all my 'safe' things to make me feel better - lots of liquids, hot water bottle, and, course, the nmp website.
take care,
henri x
