hi im jacko, have been on sert 4 7wks now want 2 go back 2 work but feel i cant coz dont want 2 talk 2 people will this go away through time :weep:

It is hard when you first go back to work. I would suggest that you ask your doctor to put on your med 3 form that you go back on a phased return, maybe a couple of hours a day or half day to start with. That is what I did and it made it easier for me. :hugs:
