Well I went to see both my Doctor and therepist this morning (first time for the therepist) Was there nearly 2 hours and she has confirmed my G.A.D and depression diagnosis, but said I also have P.T.S.D and tension. She wants me to do weekly counselling sessions and also cognitive behaviour therepy and exposure therepy, oh and Doctor has increased my propanol to 80mg.
I have mixed feelings to be honest, its nice to know what is wrong and that it can be helped, but I feel kind of useless that I have all this stuff wrong with me, especially since the ptsd stems back from issues 20 years ago. Im feeling kind of low :(
