numbness/tingling

I keep getting this down the right side of my face and in my lips and stuff it's scaring me. Anybody else get this?
And sometimes it feels it could be all over
or an itchy tingly rashy feeling too

Hi, these are just anxiety symptoms. Part of the fight or flight response is blood flowing back to your heart in order to keep you alive. Your extremities such as hands, feet and even lips can go numb, cold or tingly. Also hyperventilating (rapidly over-breathing when you feel you can't get enough air into your lungs, although you actually can) will definitely cause tingling in the lips. I used to get that during severe hyperventilation.

The thing is I'm getting it all day =S
And even when I try to relax it's still there, sometimes it goes then it will come back.

It is very worrying, worse when I am upright so I have spent a long time in bed! Feels lie my body will give up x

I've starting getting it in my feet! Weird feeling :(
It could be anxiety, bad circulation, low in b12, or tmj or a tense jaw compresses the nerve there causing face numbness.
