I know i post a lot on this forum but i am in the mist of some strange symptoms. My arms feel very shaky and it is visible when i hold out my hands . I have been getting pins and needles a lot and sometimes it feels as though my legs cant hold me. When doing a task that involves even a little bit of strength my arms shake . The feeling usually comes for half an hour then passes . I have also been having muscles twitches and spasms but this is freaking me out . Anyone else in the same boat?
