Hi,
I went really dizzy today almost lost balance. Well this freaked me out I was waiting for the worse which didnt happen, so instead of being relieved I am still here I started to play mind games.
I started thinking... never had a dizzy spell like that before, I dont feel well, im really tired why am I feeling ill?! I have then not eaten and have had a bad stomach and I have not long been sick. I panicked when I was sick as it was bile and at the end there was a bit of blood. should I be worried or is this where I might of burst a little vessel while I was sick?!
