Hello all!

Hey there guys! (And girls!) :D

I joined this forum in hopes of getting some advice/help from other members as I have a phobia (Emetephobia), Anxiety and Social Anxiety which is driving me mad.

I don't know what else to say except.... I'm hoping to meet some lovely fellows here and to provide any help I can! :laugh:

I'm in exactly the same boat.
I used to just think it was me being shy, but now it is making me physically ill.
I was never that shy anyway, but now I can't sleep, I get angry, I just want people to leave me alone (except on here).
Now I just want everybody to speak to me and I want somebody to hug me and tell me everything's going to be OK.
