Im so terrified i really dont know what to do!!. I feel so spaced my mind cant respond to what im physicly doing, my legs feel like jelly when i walk and im getting strong pressure in my head.Ive suffered with panic attacks for a long time but never had these symptoms so strong i feel like im gradually floating away :-(

please someone help is this normal???????

It is normal for anxiety and I am sorry you are feeling so bad today. Try to concentrate on something else if you can to distract you (I know it isn't easy). sending you :hugs::hugs:

Its awful pacific never had it like this before!, just feel like my head and bodys so floppy and my minds a drift :-(

Might be depersonalisation , kinda feels like your mind n body are disconected, or your body movements feel off, or your mind races.
It's hard to explain except that you feel off but it's hard to pin point .

DP..I have it right now too. Headache also. Just lead on my sofa and always feel dodgy moving about. SO many other things I would rather be doing x

I been feeling like that all day I no its horrible just try and keep your mind busy I no its hard but it helps hope its passes soon xxxx :hugs:
