Pin sensation

I keep getting these little pin prick sensations on my arms and legs. I wouldn't describe it as "pins and needles" because that is how I have always described that feeling when your foot falls asleep or goes numb...this is not that. These are almost painful and a little itchy. I get that they are supposed to be anxiety related but I just don't understand why. Of all the times I have relapsed into anxiety and panic stages...this time around..this is a new symptom to me. These started before my panic had set in. A few months I have noticed these. Could they of been a warning sign?

I get what i would describe as sharp pricks all over my body when anxious

Yes..I get exactly that! Sharp pin pricks! I wonder what is could be?

I only get these on my right hand and then it becomes numb.

I get these too! In random places. I personally think it's either a weird nerve thing like a twitch or maybe I am low in some vitamin.

Yes I get them to, sharp pin pricks.. I keep telling my dr is not like the usual pins and needles when hyperventilating..
