Hello everyone,

Just a wee message to say 'hi'.

I'm so glad to have found this site and look forward to getting to know you over the coming weeks. I'm currently suffering from acute stress reaction and have been signed off work. Tackling this with support of a stress counsellor and 20mg fluoxetine as well as help from my very supportive family. Taking it a day at a time.
