Not logged in for a while but always browsing. I have just started retaking sertraline after 2 years off it. I have tried to fight anxiety with supplements, and self help. Had major fail in last two weeks and this ended with me walking out of my part time job. Something I have never done before but felt I had no option.
I started with 25mg sertraline, for 6 days then upped to 50 for last 2 days. I have been taking them at night to try and minimise side effects in the day, I hope. Last night I woke in the night, absolutely wide awake so took a zoplicone 3.75 and fell back to sleep.
I took it as immediately started going over everything in my head and feel rigid with anxiety all the time.
Does anyone else take these two together ok?
