This may sound silly but can you drink this tea and not have any effects because I am on Cit. The reason I ask is at 17 I was taking St John's wort and had to take Levonelle due to a mishap...(I was with him for 5 years lol) I rememeber having the worst experience of my life. I now know that these too are NOT to be mixed. So I just wanted to make sure that AD can be mixed with herbal tea?

I drink chamomile tea all the time. It won't affect any other medications you are taking. :)

The only drug that interacts with chamomile is verteporfin (for eye conditions) and it is only moderate interaction

Yes the taste is very different, you can sweeten it with some honey or sugar if you wish :)

Pleased you like it! I bought the Lindon Method a few years ago and he suggested drinking about 4 cups each day.

I drink it before bed to help me sleep. If I get to bed within 20 minutes of drinking a cup I find i get to sleep easier. :)
