Dizzy for 4 months and 12 weeks more to wait :(

I have has this chronic dizziness for months, ent waiting time approximately another 12 weeks. I don't know if its anxiety that causes this or an inner ear thing or god knows? All I know is it makes life difficult, feel fed up, just want to get anything physical rules out, if its thus bloody anxiety then I can deal with it, just so sick of doing nothing and going nowhere because I am dizzy. X

Whether its anxiety or physical it is something that can be sorted out and you will be fine. I know this because I had issues last year. I had eustatian tube disfunction but found out loads of info and I had lots of symptoms. I hated waiting for the ent app but they are prompt when your in. Just hang in there and know it will be sorted.
