achy chest ribs back

I havent posted in a while as my anxiety calmed a bit but past 3 days ive had constant chest pain where my bra would be in my upper back shoulders and my ribs feel bruised. tried rest paracetamol baths nothing helps im panicking about it thinking im ignoring chest pain but surely constant pain for 3 days isnt related to heart ive had ecg few months ago. any help appreciated.

It is possibly tension pains but if it is a constant pain I would go to your doctor anyway just to have it checked out and to reassure you :)

Just wondered how you are now; I'm experiencing exactly the same and panicking well also had ECG 3 months ago and all fine. Did you go to see docs?
