My health anxiety is taking over yet again! Yesterday I had a headache for most of the day that went into my neck, and its now just came back. Anyone else had this

yes I no what its like its scarey it had it the other week it was there all day ,all I done was relaxed with some music it did seem to lift it abit sorry carnt be of more help im sending you a :hugs:

I've had a headache on one side and in my ear for the past five days now, doesnt help my anxiety at all!! I hope it eases for you soon xx
