Elle-Kay

Whilst I think I'm progressing 'ok' with getting back into a normal routine of running errands & being comfortable in my daily activities, I decided that it would be good to have a goal to aim towards, so I've signed up to the local Santa Fun Run just before Christmas. A friend and I (and her dog) are going to do it together :yesyes:
It's only 2miles - twice around the historic part of my local town - and two of the charities being supported through sponsorship of participants this year are the local air ambulance (which I feel very strongly about), and the Samaritans ('nuff said!), so I feel good that I'll be doing something to help others as well as myself.
Plus, being part of a sea of people dressed up as Santas, with a dog dressed up as an Elf has got to be a fun thing to do! :roflmao:
