Hi im 20. I suffer from anxiety so all my doctors tell me, a lot of the story's from this site has helped a lot! But doze this give u breathing problems even when u think your fine and not worrying? I feel fine but I feel as if every 2 or 3 breaths I need to force my self to take my next deep breath, is this normal doze any one else get this symptom? Thanks guys would be good if yous could help...

Hi.. yes if you suffer with anxiety it's perfectly normal to try and take deep breaths, and finding it difficult to take air in. Try breathing in slowly through your nose and out through your mouth to calm your breathing down:)

I can't even think about my breathing lol I will start to feel suffocated, chest too tight, not enough air . .
But mints or a drink n distraction can help.

I also have a finger pulse reader that tells me my blood oxygen level so that helps me calm down :) well except when it malfunctions!
