Hiya All
I found this site as I am struggling at the moment. I cannot leave my house alone as I have panic attacks. This was fine before because my partner was home all the time. Now he has a full time job Im starting to feel quite lonely stuck in the house.

Just looking for people to connect with and offer any help if I can
