Can i take diazapem tonight even though im not nervous???

Okay guys i fly tomorrow and yesterday i had an awful day with my emotions crying all day etc.
Today (yes the day before i go) i feel happy and calm!!??
I have been given diazapem to take for my flight cus USUALLY i get extremely panicky and have every symptom going.

Im suppost to trial a diazapem tonight, would you advise me to ?
I do feel quite giggly and ditzy at the moment which is not like me :S

It won't do you any harm and will relax you and hopefully help you to have a good nights sleep. Is the flight early morning or later in the day?

Thanks for replying, it's 10.30 am will have to leave about 6.30.

I've been up since half 5 this morning so feeling drowsy anyway lol.

yes no problem on that , just make sure you dont take it longer than a couple of weeks. im currently being weened off the stuff. its a very useful drug when respected. enjoy your flight and holiday :)

Thanks tidyboy, yeah! I dislike taking pills generally and have heard it can be addictive.

thanks nattynatt, its very easy to get addicted to if you have alot of the stuff as ive found out, but im guessing the doc only gave you a couple? x

You won't get addicted to it short term in low dose. I was given to help me get to my hospital appointments for my fractured foot and I took it a couple of nights to help me sleep. Don't take it too late tonight though if you have to get up so early. have a lovely holiday :)

I think it's a good idea to try the diazapam before you go, just to make sure it doesn't give you a bad reaction.

Finally took a pill last nite n had a crackin nites sleep!
Just at the airport now feelin chilled due to take another 1 in an hour
