I've had a good couple of days - I've been out and about, and not felt anything beyond anticipatory anxiety and the most minor panicky symptoms, which I've been managing to quash - but my husband has just (accidentally) triggered my night-time anxiety by having left the back door open when he came in after a cigarette (I don't force him to smoke outside, but I don't smoke, so he chooses to). As soon as I noticed that the door wasn't shut I immediately felt unsafe in the house, and have shut myself in the bedroom in case someone came in without us noticing. I know it's very unlikely as we live in a very quiet, safe, suburban area (all our neighbours are 60+!), but I don't like feeling unsafe in my own home, and I wish he'd been more careful and shut the door properly :(
