Post-Counselling Hugs?

I always feel rattled after my counselling sessions. For some reason no matter how good a day I've had, once I go see the counsellor I come home feeling awful. I know that it's just because we're sort of stirring the pot a little when it comes to my negative thoughts and bringing things to the surface, but my house is empty this week and I'm feeling a little jittery. Hugs?

I feel the same too, sometimes it can last for a few days. I saw my counsellor this morning and everything feels a bit raw right now. Hugs all round me thinks.:hugs:

Had my first hypnotherapy last night, and a different counsellor tomorrow with occupational health...no idea what that will be like. Anyway, I know how you feel, and sending hugs your way
