22 days on citalopram and mild headaches :/

been on cit for 22 days 10mg, prior to being on cit i was getting weird head/facial feelings,feeling drunk slurring etc, prior to these symptoms i wasnt anxious so god knows how it is anxiety :wacko:
anyhow docs reluctant to believe me as iv had ha in the past and they think its that so im trying all they recommend to get them to take me seriously. so 10mg of cit 1st week i felt great, 2nd week not so good ,3rd week the same now today iv had mild headaches .... really would have thought the side effects would have calmed after 3 weeks.......

My side effects have only just gone, 4 weeks in. Try and hold out if you can, for a lot of people citalopram works wonders.

I did get mild headaches too, but they did pass :)

thanks for replies.... they are meant to be helping my anxiety but its doing nothing.... how long into them did u start getting headaches as mine literally started 21 days after starting cit :(
