scared of something sinister

hi ive had had ha for years stomch probs cancer phobia etc lately i am worrying about pancreatic cancer and am frightened been on lansoprazole for 3 years low dose but when ieat i get a pain in my mid back no pale poos dark wee or major pain no weight loss but appetite is not great just wanna eat cakes!! but scared i may have this cos of pain please help

Have you been to your doctor about this? If not I highly advise you do, not because I think you have pancreatic cancer but for re-assurance, there's more than likely a harmless explanation :)

i have fibromyalgia and get various aches and pains but cos im on lans i just wonder why it would be indigestion maybe it is ive been diagnosed with gastritis in 2009 and been on lans 15mg ever since a barium swallow last year was clear so now i worry about pancreas its scary as hell

I've been having These exact same problems, Sometimes my wee is dark, sometimes it's totally colourless, And when I was on clomipramine, I'd only poo once a week, Meds can do some funny things to you, I'm sure it's nothing :)
