i have been feeling dizzy all day but just now i feel as though my heart is going all funny and i feel a bit spaced out

i have had anxiety for years but never this

has any one any ideas, is this high blood pressure , even though ive been feeling so well the last few days

It won't be high blood pressure I don't think - there are no side effects with that.

I had the dizziness every day non stop for 2 years or more and it was just the anxiety.

You could be tired, hungry, low etc etc.

Hi Jackie, I am the queen of dizziness mate! It will not be high blood pressure, as Nic said, no symptoms with that most times. It will be anxiety, oh great, something else eh? Read through all the posts on dizziness (i even printed them out at one point for reasssurance) Don't let it scare you cos then that's won too. take care and keep in touch.x

I have the dizzy spaced out thing most days...im never sure if its my heart or my head which has the problem...but its not nice but it does eventually pass...try not to dwell on it!

jackie what do you mean "funny"...do you mean palpitations or its beating slower or irregular? I get a lot of chest tightness and ectopics and i often feel more spaced out or weird as i call it with it....I feel like my heart is being squeezed at times its very strange...

well when the dizzyness came it seemed accompanied by tingling in my hands and a strangeness in my heart, slow then flutter then a race and then weakness

does any of this ring a bell. i am like it again today

yeah i know what you mean i have experienced this..the last time was a when i was having a panic... but it lasted all day and i think sometimes the flutters causes us to feel dizzy at times..i have the tingling too when i feel spaced out..im wondering if im breathing wrong..although im not hyperventalating...maybe breathing too much causes this...a paramedic told me this a while ago and its too much oxygen in our blood
Other than that its just the damn old anxiety..plain and simple
