Today and right now I have decided that I am no longer going to let anxiety rule my life. That's it, simple. So, who's with me?

Ha! Great attitude, love it! :)

I made that decision for myself not so long ago and it was the best one I ever made! I don't have anxiety that bad anymore or I'd be with you! What are your plans to overcome it?

Try not to react to the panic attack guys, they're completely harmless and when you react to them they just escalate at 100mph. Treat every panic attack as a learning experience for calming yourselves down, hard and seemingly impossible when in the midst of one, but it's doable and when you learn to calm yourselves down they get easier to manage and you'll have less of them! :)

I know it's hard, panic attacks used to mess me up for weeks or even months after a severe one, but once you learn to manage and accept them, they become a lot less crippling x
