Ok, I felt really calm yest and went to work.
Whilst at work a lady came over and started chatting to me and I went dizzy. I presumed it must be anxiety.
Later in the day I took dog for a walk and when a man said hello to my dog , I went dizzy once again. Anxiety again :(
Today I have woken up fine and whilst doing my Ironing I went major major dizzy with tunnel vision [V]
So I got the blood pressure machine out to take my blood pressure and this was my reading....

I was shocked, Ive often had very low readings at home and when Ive told my Gp he takes my blood pressure and its ok whilst at the surgery?
My machine is new and is the exact one the doctors use in the surgery.
So am I getting panic or am I getting severe low blood pressure?
