Day 7 up 20mg to 30 mg.....CONFUSED.?

Hi Guys
I was wondering if anyone can help me with some reassuring advice ?

On the docs advice I moved from 20mg to 30mg and for he first 5 days was on top of the world it really kicked in but on sunday morning the fatigue,anxiety, and exhaustion returned with a vengeance.

Can anyone help me with there experiences with transition/ up dose as feel pretty awful at the minute and was wondering how long it takes to work and why has it returned after I felt great....feel so disappointed.

it can take something like 6-8 weeks for citalopram to really kick in.

I too found the 5th-6th day after increasing to be very hard (I did 10 up to 20 a couple of weeks back, but started to see improvement after a few days from then :)

Try and stick with it!

Thanks for that I will try and stick it out just lousy feelings at he min so so tired, been on cit for a long while at 20mg then had a major stress incident and doc said go up to 40mg but wanted to try 30mg first.....

I really hope it works soon but onwards we must go
