I need some help as at the moment I spend ages in the toilet obsessing, cleaning and constant stomach issues.
I get alot of wind or I take ages to do the toilet or maybe get the urge to urinate symptoms like this. I can sometimes take ages and be there for about 30 mins to 1 hour but less time if I'm outside.
Alot of the time I refuse to stay out long or stay over in case theres no toilet. the symptoms are worse if I'm on my own I tend to get the urge to go more.
Anybody know how I can get over this? :blush:
